THE PROCESS OF MUD THERAPY

The first image that comes to mind upon listening to mud therapy is an area filled with mud. The scene of mud therapy, contains massage, peeling, mud mask , wrap with a special gelatin and body butter. In other words relaxation without limits!

Mud has the ability to moisturize and offer nutrients to your body, while at the same time removes dead cells.

It suits all skin types. In particular, after the body has been cleaned, mud is spread and wrapped around you, and as a result all the beneficial elements penetrate the skin pores. At the end, body butter is spread, with olive oil, coconut, avocado, shea butter and water from the Dead Sea, which is specific for antisepsis and engorgement.

THE BENEFICIAL PROPERTIES OF MUD TO THE BODY

This is mud of volcanic origin derived from an area of high thermal activity!

Besides wellness and relaxation of the whole body, the mud “promises” to combatmuscle pains, especially if the mud has been previously warmed up in bain marie. In addition, it helps with acne, with a series of skin diseases, eczema, rheumatism and soothes inflammation, since mud contains clay, calcium, sulfur and zinc. Many, however, prefer it among a wide range of treatments, because it expels toxins and strengthens the immune system.

In addition, mud has the capacity to regulate leanness, bringing a balance to the skin. If the skin is greasy, the mud is left longer, and if it is dry, it provides hydration in just 15 minutes. The result is a silky shimmering skin, bright and clean! Its elements are rich in minerals and metals which may after a few sessions“build” more healthy tissues in our bodies.
